How to install vector brushes on your Illustrator:

Open a file with brushes as any other & find brushes in “Brushes” panel.
Or create a new document in illustrator go to the Brushes panel select “Brush Libraries Menu” in the bottom Other Library find a brushes file on your computer double click it to open.
